A study published in American Journal of Education Research,2018 found that private tutoring correlated with achievement in 600 children.
- A study published in JSTOR, 2015 found that private tutoring had significant effects on learning outcomes for students grade 1 through 8
- 350,000 unaccompanied minors are expected to enter the U.S. by 2025. 75% will fall behind their peers in academics. 68% will be ESL students
- Football and basketball players generally have lower academic performance than their athletic peers (Booth, 2007; NCAA, 2013a; Southall, Eckard, Nagel, Tomalski, & Lewinter, 2010)
